of
enormous
buildings
and
sidings

immediate
proximity

domestic

such a
totally
incompatible
development,
including
lights
and
noise. |

Unsatisfactory

Dartford,
for a
National
and
Regional
Distribution
site,
identified
that the
KIG site
was not
acceptable

proximity
to the
point of
entry to
UK
(Ashford/Dover)
or to
the M25
is a
