It is with regret that the StopKIG.org Steering Group announce the resignation of the Chairman, Richard Horton.

He has reluctantly decided to stand down in order to recover from a heart problem. Richard has proved a strong leader of the fight against this development proposal since it was first made public just over two years ago and he will be sorely missed.

The Group wishes him well during this period of recuperation. Alan Thomas, who has been the Vice Chairman during this time, will take over as Chairman.
