Re-Consultation Reminder & Guidelines
15/01/2009

The re-consultation exercise by Maidstone Borough Council has now started, and many of you may have received a letter regarding the new information from the developers.

Despite some misleading wording in the last paragraph of the letter, IT IS VITAL that you write again to object to this proposal. Once again, if you can word your own letter, that is the most effective, and we have put some guidance notes on the on special page (click here) to assist you.

If letter writing is not your strong point, we suggest you write a simple letter saying that with reference to the new information submitted by the developer, you still object to this planning application. As a last resort, you may download and sign the set letter on the special "Objection Guidelines" page, click here.

PLEASE NOTE : The deadline for receipt of objection letters by Maidstone Borough Council is 6th February
